1. Introduction

Welcome to DynamicLake Pro. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. Each purchase of the App grants you a maximum of three (3) licenses. If you require additional licenses beyond the three (3) provided, you must contact us directly for assistance. Licenses may be revoked in special situations at our discretion. You may not use the App for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

Inc, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from the App without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Refund Period: You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Proof of Purchase: To process your refund, we require a valid proof of purchase, which includes the email used during the purchase on Gumroad.

  • Reason for Refund: We require a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request. Your feedback helps us improve our product and better serve our users.

  • If you request a refund once and decide to buy the app again in a future version, another refund will not be accepted except in special situations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Service Blocking Disclaimer

Please be aware that using DynamicLake Pro in conjunction with certain messaging services may violate the terms of service of those services. If your account is blocked, restricted, or otherwise penalized by any messaging service as a result of using this app, you acknowledge that this is a risk you accept, and Aviorrok Inc. will not be responsible or liable for any such actions


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aviorrok Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
